Hirenza uses a hybrid pricing model for UK employers. Pricing combines a base platform subscription with usage-based fees for services such as background checks, marketplace placements, payroll sync volume, and employer-of-record services where applicable.

## Compliance

- Price: From GBP 299 per month
- Best for: Sponsor licence holders and SMEs
- Includes: Sponsorship Compliance, Background Checks, Onboarding
- Usage-based fees: DBS checks, right-to-work checks, document storage
- Typical use case: Employers that need sponsor licence workflow visibility, right-to-work evidence, background checks, onboarding documents, and audit-ready records without broader workforce tooling.

## Workforce

- Price: From GBP 599 per month
- Best for: Growing and multi-site employers
- Includes: Everything in Compliance, Worker Marketplace, Workforce Management, Payroll Integrations
- Usage-based fees: Marketplace placements, per-worker marketplace fees, payroll sync volume
- Typical use case: Employers that need to connect compliance records with hiring, scheduling, worker sourcing, multi-site operations, and payroll handover.

## Enterprise

- Price: Custom
- Best for: Large employers and complex operations
- Includes: Everything in Workforce, Employer of Record, Hiring, Custom Integrations
- Usage-based fees: Volume-based pricing, dedicated infrastructure, employer-of-record services where applicable
- Typical use case: Employers with custom integration needs, EOR requirements, multiple business units, dedicated support requirements, or complex workforce compliance workflows.

## Usage-Based Billing

- Background checks are billed per check alongside the platform subscription.
- Right-to-work checks may be billed by usage depending on the plan and workflow.
- Marketplace usage may be billed through placement fees, worker fees, or agreed commercial terms.
- Employer-of-record services are priced separately based on worker volume, employment structure, and required service scope.
- Enterprise pricing is scoped through a sales conversation because requirements vary by worker volume, sites, integrations, and operational complexity.

## Legal and Scope Notes

Hirenza supports operational hiring workflows, workforce compliance records, evidence management, and platform coordination. Hirenza does not provide regulated immigration, employment law, tax, safeguarding, health and safety, or sector-specific legal advice. Those matters should be handled by authorised or qualified professionals where required.

Employer-of-record services are delivered through Hirenza's group employing entity, Pay Expert Limited, for workers who already hold the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship and regulated immigration advice are handled separately by authorised professionals.
