4. Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hirenza's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
