Pricing that scales with your workforce
Platform access, usage-based fees, and optional services — structured around what you actually need.
Hirenza pricing is built around product layers, not arbitrary feature gates. Choose the tier that matches your compliance and workforce needs, then pay usage-based fees only for the services you consume — background checks, marketplace placements, and managed services.

How to choose the right Hirenza tier
Start with risk
If the main challenge is sponsor duties, right-to-work evidence, worker documents, and onboarding records, the Compliance tier gives teams the core controls they need without buying broader workforce tooling too early.
Add operational scale
If you manage multiple sites, high-volume hiring, seasonal workers, shift planning, or payroll handovers, Workforce is usually the better fit because it connects compliance records to day-to-day labour operations.
Design for complexity
Enterprise is for employers with custom integrations, EOR requirements, multiple business units, dedicated support needs, or processes where standard implementation needs a more tailored operating model.
During a pricing conversation, Hirenza maps your roles, worker volume, check requirements, sites, hiring workflow, and support expectations before recommending a tier. The goal is to avoid over-buying while making sure the platform covers the parts of your hiring process that create the most operational risk.
If your needs change, modules can be added around the same worker and candidate records instead of forcing a disconnected migration.
