Candidate pipeline

A candidate pipeline is the structured view of all candidates in an active hiring process, showing their current stage — from initial match through to placement or closure.

In the Hirenza portal, the candidate pipeline gives operators and employers a real-time view of where each candidate sits in the hiring workflow. Pipeline stages correspond to the eight stages of the Hirenza workflow: shortlisted, interview scheduled, interview completed, offer stage, legal route required, onboarding, placed, and closed. Each candidate in the pipeline also carries their right-to-work status and any sponsorship flag, so the sponsorship dimension is visible alongside the pipeline stage.
