Employer readiness
Employer readiness is the assessment of whether a UK business has the role definition, internal capacity, and (where relevant) sponsorship infrastructure in place to begin an international hiring process.
Hirenza carries out an employer readiness review before beginning a candidate search. The review covers whether the role is clearly defined and the salary and requirements are confirmed, whether the business has internal HR capacity to support the hiring process, whether the employer holds a sponsor licence (or has a plan to obtain one) if sponsorship may be required, and what timelines apply. An employer that is not yet ready to proceed is not rejected — Hirenza works with the employer to clarify what needs to be in place before the search begins.
