Legal route coordination

Legal route coordination is stage 7 of the Hirenza hiring workflow. It is triggered when the selected candidate requires sponsorship to work in the UK. Hirenza introduces the employer and candidate to Harveys Legal. Harveys Legal manages the sponsor licence application (if not already held), Certificate of Sponsorship issuance, and any other Home Office requirements. Legal route coordination is a hand-off, not a service Hirenza provides directly. Where the selected candidate already has the right to work in the UK, legal route coordination does not apply.
