Sponsor Management System (SMS)
The Sponsor Management System (SMS) is the Home Office online portal used by UK sponsor licence holders to manage their sponsor duties, assign Certificates of Sponsorship, and report changes.
The SMS is the primary administrative tool for sponsor licence holders. Through the SMS, authorised users can assign Certificates of Sponsorship to workers, report changes in a worker's circumstances, view and update licence details, and manage key personnel. Access to the SMS is controlled through user accounts tied to the sponsor licence. Hirenza does not have access to employers' SMS accounts. SMS management is part of sponsor compliance, which is handled by Harveys Legal.
