The Hirenza 8-stage hiring workflow
Every Hirenza engagement follows the same eight stages from employer enquiry to employment start. This guide explains each stage.
In one sentence
The Hirenza hiring workflow has eight stages: employer enquiry, readiness review, talent search, shortlist, interviews, offer, legal route coordination (where required), and onboarding.
Quick answers
- Stage 1: Employer enquiry — define the role and submit the initial brief
- Stage 2: Readiness review — Hirenza reviews employer and role readiness before the search begins
- Stage 3: Talent search — targeted candidate sourcing across the Hirenza network
- Stage 4: Shortlist — curated candidates with rationale delivered to the employer
- Stage 5: Interviews — Hirenza coordinates interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Stage 6: Offer — offer drafting, candidate acceptance, and package confirmation
- Stage 7: Legal route coordination — where sponsorship applies, handover to Harveys Legal
- Stage 8: Onboarding — document collection, start date, and employer handover
The eight stages at a glance
Stage 1 — Employer enquiry
The employer submits an initial brief with role details, timeline, and relevant context. Hirenza reviews the brief and contacts the employer to confirm next steps.
Stage 2 — Readiness review
Before the talent search begins, Hirenza reviews employer readiness. This covers role suitability, sponsorship status, timelines, and whether any internal preparation is needed.
Stage 3 — Talent search
Hirenza sources relevant candidates across its network of 38 talent markets. The search is targeted to the role brief — not a broadcast to every available candidate.
Stage 4 — Shortlist sent
A curated shortlist of four to eight candidates is delivered to the employer. Each candidate entry includes experience summary, right-to-work status, and any sponsorship flag.
Stage 5 — Interviews
The employer selects candidates for interview. Hirenza coordinates scheduling, candidate briefing, and structured feedback collection across interview rounds.
Stage 6 — Offer stage
Once a preferred candidate is confirmed, Hirenza supports offer drafting and candidate acceptance. Package terms are confirmed between employer and candidate.
Stage 7 — Legal route coordination
Where the selected candidate requires sponsorship, Hirenza coordinates an introduction to Harveys Legal for sponsor licence and Certificate of Sponsorship work. This is a hand-off, not a service Hirenza provides directly.
Stage 8 — Onboarding
After acceptance (and legal route completion where required), Hirenza supports document collection, right-to-work evidence, and handover to the employer ahead of the start date.
What stage 7 is and is not
Stage 7 is a coordination step, not an immigration service. Hirenza introduces the employer and candidate to Harveys Legal, who handle all sponsor licence, Skilled Worker route, and Home Office matters. Hirenza does not provide immigration advice at any stage.
