How Hirenza shortlisting works

After the talent search, Hirenza prepares a curated shortlist with candidate rationale. This section explains the shortlisting process.

Plan this part of the workflow

Shortlisting should be a reviewable comparison against the agreed role brief, not a memory-based decision in an inbox. The workflow needs to show why a candidate progressed, what information remains missing, and who owns the next conversation or check. That gives employers a more consistent process and means the context travels with the candidate into interview, offer, screening, or a decision not to proceed.

Useful checkpoints

  • Candidates are compared against agreed responsibilities, skills, location, and availability.
  • Reasons for progressing, pausing, or declining are recorded in a proportionate way.
  • Missing information and next actions have named owners.
  • Shortlisting is kept separate from any unverified conclusion about legal eligibility.
