What does a sponsored hire cost to pay?Small sponsor
Pay at least the general salary threshold or the going rate for the occupation code, whichever is higher, through PAYE. The employer also pays the Immigration Skills Charge for each year of sponsorship; the visa fee and health surcharge are usually the worker's.
