How to build a strong Hirenza candidate profile
A strong candidate profile helps Hirenza match you to the right UK employers. This guide explains what to include and how to present your experience.
In one sentence
A strong Hirenza candidate profile includes your target role, years of experience, location, right-to-work status, and a clear summary of your skills and background.
Quick answers
- Your profile should clearly state your target role and experience level
- Include your current country of residence and right-to-work status in the UK
- Be specific about qualifications, experience, and industry background
- Note whether you are open to roles that require sponsorship
- A LinkedIn profile link helps employers and Hirenza understand your background in full
What a strong candidate profile includes
Your Hirenza candidate profile is the primary document Hirenza uses to match you to relevant UK employer roles. The stronger and more specific your profile, the better the match.
Required information
Full name, email address and phone number, current country of residence, target role or roles, years of experience in your target field, and right-to-work status in the UK (right to work already / requires sponsorship / unsure).
Experience and qualifications
Be specific. A profile that says "5 years in hospitality" is less useful than one that says "5 years as a sous chef in fine dining restaurants in Lagos, with experience managing kitchen teams of 8–12."
Include key roles held and employers, qualifications and where they were obtained, industries and sectors you have worked in, and languages spoken if relevant to the roles you are targeting.
Right-to-work status
This is important. If you already have the right to work in the UK, say so — it makes you immediately eligible for any employer role. If you require sponsorship, flag it clearly. Hirenza does not filter out sponsorship candidates; it flags the requirement for employers to consider.
What Hirenza does with your profile
Hirenza uses your profile to match you to relevant employer roles within its network. When a match is found, your profile is included in the employer shortlist with your experience summary, location, and right-to-work status.
You will not be put forward for a role without being informed. Hirenza coordinates the introduction between you and the employer.
What Hirenza does not do
Hirenza does not provide immigration advice, guarantee job offers, or guarantee visa outcomes. If your hire requires sponsorship, Hirenza will coordinate with Harveys Legal for the legal route.
