The Hirenza hiring workflow is the eight-stage structured process that every international hire follows, from employer enquiry through to employment start.
The eight stages are: 1. Employer enquiry, 2. Readiness review, 3. Talent search, 4. Shortlist, 5. Interviews, 6. Offer, 7. Legal route coordination (where required), 8. Onboarding. Every Hirenza engagement follows this structure. The workflow exists to give employers and candidates a clear, predictable process — rather than the scattered email chains and undefined timelines that characterise unstructured international recruitment.
