Shortlist
A shortlist is a curated list of candidates matched to a specific employer role, prepared by Hirenza following the talent search stage.
The Hirenza shortlist is delivered to the employer after the talent search is complete — typically within 14 days of the role brief being confirmed. Each shortlist entry includes the candidate name and reference number, experience summary relevant to the role, years of experience and location, right-to-work status, and any sponsorship flag. The employer reviews the shortlist and selects candidates for interview. They are not obligated to hire from the shortlist — if none are suitable, Hirenza can run a further search.
